Which countries do you ship to?

We provide worldwide shipping. 

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

  • We process orders during business days, specifically Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time, with the exception of holidays recognized by the Post Office. These holidays include New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. 
  • To estimate when you can expect your order, please refer to the time frame below. It includes our most popular products and the following time periods:

*Production time: 1 – 3 business days. Each of my products is handcrafted only for you, so the production time will be a little bit longer than usual. Please be patient.

How is the delivery time calculated?

Shipping time: The estimated delivery timeframe for your order is contingent upon your specific location. We collaborate closely with our logistics partners to furnish you with reliable delivery estimates; however, please note that these delivery times are approximations and cannot be assured. Should your product(s) be en route, any potential delays are beyond our influence. 

United States:

+ Standard (6 – 12 Business Days)

+ Expedited (4 – 8 Business Days)


+ Standard (14 – 28 Business Days)

+ Expedited (7 – 14 Business Days)

Order Tracking: You will be sent a confirmation email containing a tracking link, allowing you to monitor the progress of your order right to your doorstep! Kindly allow a 3-5 day window for the carrier to register your package within their system.

In the event that you attempt to track your package and find no information available, it simply indicates that the carrier has not yet processed your parcel. Once the parcel is successfully scanned into their system, tracking updates will appear on the tracking page.

If the estimated arrival date has passed and you haven’t received your order, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us, and we will gladly assist you in resolving the matter.

Will I be charged VAT taxes?

For items shipped internationally from the US, they are sent as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), and we do not include VAT (Value Added Taxes) in our charges. Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the package recipient. Depending on the destination country, your package may be subject to local customs or VAT charges. To obtain further details on your country’s customs policies, we suggest reaching out to your local customs office. 

What if the product is delivered to the wrong address?

Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because:

  • In case we identify any inaccurate or incomplete information from our end, we might need to reach out to you for updated delivery details. Please be aware that this may result in delays in the delivery of your order.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for orders delivered to incorrect addresses or returned to the sender. Any returned orders will be donated to charitable organizations and will not be returned to our warehouse. Prior to contacting our customer support, please double-check the shipping address you provided.
  • In the event of orders being returned due to an incorrect address provided, we kindly ask for a re-shipping fee to resend your order.
  • Regrettably, we are unable to divide an order and dispatch it to multiple destinations. Should you desire to send items to different addresses, kindly create separate orders for each shipping location.
  • If you reach out to the final mile carrier after your order has already left our warehouse and request parcel forwarding or redirection, please be aware that we cannot assume responsibility for any potential loss, theft, or damage to the parcel.
